Bug reports, corrections and tool requests are all welcome. The form below goes straight to our inbox.
What to send
- Bugs. A tool giving a wrong or surprising result is the thing worth reporting most. Name the tool and paste the exact input, since almost every bug turns out to be one specific string.
- Corrections. The written content on the tool pages is checked against the relevant standards, but errors get through. Point at the sentence and, if you have it, the part of the spec that says otherwise.
- Tool requests. Say what you want the tool to do and what you currently use instead. Requests that describe a real task beat requests that name a category.
- Anything about privacy, ads or the terms.
What to expect
This is a small operation. There is no support desk and no response time to promise. Messages are read, and the ones that report a reproducible bug tend to be acted on first. Requests for paid work, link exchanges, guest posts and SEO offers are not answered.
What happens to your name, email address and message is set out in the privacy policy.
